What we collect

Your name, email, phone, and address when you make a booking. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers. Footage of you shooting is stored against your customer account so you can rewatch and download it.

Why we collect it

To process your booking, deliver your footage, contact you about your shoot, and (if you opt in) tell you about future ClayDays events.

Who we share it with

The venue you're booked at receives your name and contact details so they can run the day. Otherwise: nobody, except where legally required.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@claydays.uk.
