Bookings

A confirmed booking is a contract between you and the venue. ClayDays facilitates the booking; the venue is responsible for delivering the shoot day on the agreed date.

Cancellations & refunds

Each venue sets its own cancellation policy, displayed at the time of booking. Venue-side cancellations (e.g. weather) are refunded in full unless you and the venue agree to reschedule.

Conduct on the day

Standard shooting safety rules apply. Venues reserve the right to remove guns who behave unsafely, with no refund.

Footage

Footage we record of you shooting is yours. We store a copy so you can rewatch and download it; we may use anonymised footage to train and improve our scoring system. Identifiable footage is not shared publicly without your permission.
